I thought your piece turned out very well, your shading technique has improved from your window drawing, and you used the charcoal well. The highlights and shadows are well contrasted and you included a lot of detail. You may want to consider adding a background so the subject doesn't "float" and you can add more dimension. You may also want to alter your composition in the future and have an off-center or cropped subject.
